Clouds, 2014

Show Inediti 2

Gagliardi Art System, Torino

This work Clouds was created especially for the Inediti.

Elizabeth Aro is represented with a series of graphite drawings on paper, inspired by the poem Clouds by Jorge Luis Borges, a metaphor of the changeability of feelings, of thought trying to reach desire:“ […] You are cloud. You are sea, you are oblivion. You are also that which you have lost.”CLOUDS shows 5 pieces created specifically for the exhibition Inediti 2. It's a work in progress, this installation suggests a state of silence and inner earthquake. A work that in one hand is a formal study about the movements of clouds in the sky, it is as well a reflection about how our feelings changes constantly.
